g_gam
The double precision parameter g_gam defines the initial guess for the imaginary part of the frequency for the root-finding algorithm. It is normalized in units of the gyrofrequency of the reference species.
For every root that is tracked by the root-finding mechanism, a separate initial guess has to be given in a separate namelist.
g_gam is part of the namelist &guess_.
